Deletion of negative ratings

Basically, and if it hasn't been explained before which I doubt, we have decided to ditch the negative ratings because it doesn't add anything and only creates tension.

If you disagree about anything, please take a few minutes minutes and put it with words on the board.

please note that if you don't have two minutes to give to the board to explain why you disagree of dislike anything posted, you still have the possibility to click on any of the two icons "dislike" or "disagree" to let it know to the community. It will just not affect anymore the "reputation" of a user. Anyway this shouldn't be of importance since we all know that your intent is not to piss off a user but just to express a form of disagreement, should it?

In my opinion, there is nothing useful in trying to affect negatively the virtual rating of a user of the community.
