I did see something on the University of Internet machine about squatting being better and healthier than sitting, not just the awesome thigh muscles you get like Ronaldo, but the actual position of the colon and bowels etc means it opens up more and is "easier" to poo

Or failing that, put your feet on the phone book or a small step to raise them up slightly

speaking of shopping, we went to Yogya yesterday as the crowds have mostly dissipated. Holee...... it was like the first time to have a bule in there again. Oh dear, one of life’s fails this morning, my wife who believes me to be the smartest, asked me if I could stick the pearl back on her ear ring, no problem for a man of my calibre, get superglue, apply to earring, press pearl into position, what could be simpler, release pressure, success, pearl stuck the earring, big fail, earring and pearl now stuck to index finger, it’s very difficult to tap this message out with a pearl stuck to my index finger, Any ideas??

Nail varnish remover from Indomart. It will be acetone which is a solvent for superglue.

Next time dry fit the two parts together. Using a bottle of superglue

dip a tooth pick into the bottle and dribble a drop of glue onto the joint between the two parts. It will get sucked in by capillary action.

TIP: Superglue will last longer if you never cut the tip off the nozzle and always use the toothpick method. Keep superglue in the fridge or in a container partially filled with water. (cooler)

That applies to all glues, (silicone and acrylic) kits, but even (cortisone) crèmes btw; esp. when openend, store them in the kulkas.
