BPJS - How to choose your primary healthcare and dentist facility.

So, I'm just starting the process of signing up the family for BPJS.

Everything seems straight forward except for the nominating of the Faskes Tingkat 1 and Faskes Dokter Gigi.

Can I just go through the list given on their website (here) and choose whichever place I prefer?
Or am I obliged/forced to choose the facility that's closest to me?
