Media is putting out that Trump will announce tonight, 8 PM Indonesia time that Baghdadi is dead after a US military exercise, Newsweek is saying needs more confirmation but reports Baghdadi blew himself and 2 wives up with a suicide vest. Of course trump will take all credit for it and will forget how he said Obama had nothing to do with Osama getting killed. Thing he won't say is that it will have no influence on ISIS what so ever.

I think removing a figurehead does have some effect. Al Qaeda hasn't done too well since Bin Laden died, and let's hope the same happens in this case.

Trump spent almost an hour making the announcement of Baghdadi's death -- mostly the usual buffery and credit grabbing.

Seems many analysts and experts think the information garnered in the raid is more significant than the Baghdadi death in hastening the destruction of ISIS.
