Annoying expression in Indonesian?

In Indonesia we say Kan in South London the equivalent would be "innit" :thumb:
 
As Indonesian I also annoyed to the maximum level, especially when it is a formal situation. I'm aware of that habit too sometimes, at least I am determined to control it and not use it in a formal occasion. I also immediately give feedback to those whom I interact with, to not use "kan". To answer a question in one post, yes it is avoidable. Effective communication is skill.
