Update: I applied for the Second Home E33 visa online on 19th March after exiting Indonesia. Applying seemed fairly easy, however till date (11 working days later) the status shows 'Waiting verification'. Wrote to the Imigrasi support email after 8 days elapsed and got back a stock answer saying...- Unebano

Update - I talked to helpdesk at Kantor Immigrasi. They suggested, same as Marcus, that I do not need EPO, instead should do a bridging visa. When they say "Onshore visa application can be made in Indonesia by foreigners" does it mean that there will be a new online facility for foreigners to apply? Because on https://visa-online.imigrasi.go.id/ the visa application is not made "by foreigners" but by a local Indonesian. I.e. as of now...- Unebano

Pandemic - Emergency Stay Permit Expiration
According to Kantor Imigrasi, Jakarta Selatan. the period from July 13 to Aug 12 is the grace period, it's not an extension or new emergency stay permit. Which means that if you apply for VOA or Visit Visa extension today (29 July) your 30 days will start on 29 July and end 27 Aug.- Unebano
