my simpati is still working. i was never asked to register when registrasi ulang exercise started. however, i did show up with my passport at a grapari in malang 3 years ago to exchange my card to 4g card. i guess either that was sufficient or they simply missed me.- kit2

Me too! I'm a WNA and I have not returned to Indonesia since September 2017. After reloading my prepaid number today, both incoming and outgoing calls/sms are still working.- kit2
