I agree with Jaime C as he is obviously a frequent traveler and can make comparisons. Air travel is now so mundane that cities and countries need to justify the expense of having a luxurious airport but I'm particularly disappointed with JFK as it is the principal International arrival to USA...- Davita

I don't know what the Indonesian civil aviation requirements are for military but, an example of other countries.... Indonesian Air Force pilots may have civil licences, and many do in the RAF/USAF/RAAF....but the question is would they have a civil type-rating and be current on type.
