    As far as I know, IMTA and a spouse sponsored visa are not compatible. I feel pretty sure about that. Kind of renders the rest of the questions moot, unless you are going to give up the work permit. Edit: All wrong, apparently. I'll take mas_dam and centurion's word for it.

    Isn't there a fine for applying for those documents late? I have been late and not paid the fine, but I could swear there is a "within # of days" bit on there. I told them that I had already applied a long time ago and forgotten to pick up the issued documents... which I think is right... but...
