    As I work in this industry, check the sealant work. Leaks, mold and improperly smoothened sealant on your sink/glasswall/rooftopjoints/concretepanel/kitchenfittings can cause problems or allow pest issues to grow. Also contributes noise when windy/raining.

    I've been there a few times... didnt notice the sex shop, tho many magic outlets are there. Theres a nice chinese restaurant next to an affordable massage/reflexy place there.
