    I submitted the application today and everything was in order. They did not ask for a KTP-OA but once I have my new KITAP I will get one. Not sure why they asked for SKTT it was not on the list of required documents that they gave me a few weeks earlier.

    Sorry, no idea who Pak RT & Pak RW are. What I have done is a standard sponsor letter and a letter asking to move the visa from old passport to new and I will hope one of them is acceptable.
