    Thanks for the reply. Sorry you're having the same issues as me, but glad you seem to have found a fix. Do you think you'll have to do it in-person at the counter? Or do you think you can go through the ATM? Thankfully, we have family and friends there with BNI and Mandiri accounts to help.
