Hi All

I'm so excited at the moment, my favorite serial, Z Nation is airing on Sept. 16 on the US SyFi channel.

Z Nation
Season 3 kicks off on September 16th at 8 pm with a special 2 hour episode. The following Friday it will move to its regular Friday at 9 pm timeslot.

Usually, I'm not a serial junkie, but that one is my absolute favorite. Have seen all the episodes from season 1 and 2, thanks to the internet, thanks to the 'film-cloude' provided by mister Torrent.

Any Post-Apocalypse story lover or SyFi Freak out there in Indonesia ?

Live long and in peace !

I watched maybe the first 5? seasons of the Walking Dead, but after awhile it is just the same story over and over.

But... Neagan!

Neagan ??

I like your avatar El_Goretto. In the TV, they celebrate now 50 years of Star Trek and on many channels they show the old Star Trek stuff. It's so fun to see that again. Since I was a 6 years old child, I loved to see the Star Trek movies. But I was soooo scared, that I had to hide behind my mom when Spock or Kirk were in a combat with the aliens. We had regular problems at home because of that, because I wanted to see it, my mom supported it, my Dad was against and finally I was scared at night and could not sleep.

Now, 40 years later, I still like that kind of stuff. It's also wonderful to see, how simple those serials where produced. Just some sound, phaser and beaming technology. And the monsters and aliens were also so simple. Enough to scare a child and also enough to make an old man smile now. Love it.

About neagan, you gotta watch The Walking Dead to know what's up!

I have a confession to make: I haven't watched a single Star Trek episode (maybe 1 or 2 when I was small). But it's such an icon of pop culture that I more or less know what's going on.

The reason I have this star trek avatar is because I find it funny and also because my old one was deemed too "offensive". Now that I'm a mod, maybe I should bring it back muahahahaha!

Whaaaaa? I feel like I don't even know you at all now.

Personally I am more in anticipation of Sense8 season 2 and The Blacklist season 4. (And Mr. Robot season 2 but that one already started.)

Didn't get hooked on sense 8 so we gave up on this.

Currently watching Better Call Saul, Stranger Things and Suits.

Recently we really enjoyed Marco Polo not to mention Games Of Thrones. The last season has picked up pace which stood out from the slog it had been prior.

Oh and Orange Is The New Black is quite good too. Original Netflix shows are quality.

Seriously, a slog? Did you read the books, by chance?

I'm waiting for IZombie, Mr.Robot, Stranger Things... I reckon Blacklist has one more season before I get bored with the cast. The new Star Trek will be a must see for the wife and I both. There is also some anime about volleyball with a second season this year... reminds me of Slam Dunk. Forgotten the name. Wife will let me know when it comes out.

Slog may not be the right word... I definitely enjoyed ALL seasons of Game Of Thrones but the last season, after breaking "free" from the books due to catching up to the books with "The Winds Of Winter" being delayed, the pace was able to pick up and SO much happened! And the Battle Of The Bastards! It was amazing!

I have the first book on my shelves but haven't read it yet although I definitely plan to.

And another good Netflix series: Narcos! That was pretty awesome too.

I don't have the patience for serial type shows - however I did buy the box set of Breaking Bad and The Wire both of which are totally addictive hence the reason I need to be able to watch them literally one disc after the other.

+1 for both!

Although The Wire is not nearly as well known as it should which is a shame because it's one of the best series I've ever watched.

Yes top marks for both and a big thumbs up for HBO for the Wire

The wire was almost (over?) a decade ago. I still find myself saying sheeeet.

I like Walking Dead..... is Z nation as good or better?

I also like The Empire. Season 3 starts next week.

.
Hmm. Breaking Bad and The Wire, huh?
