WNA cannot register in PeduliLindungi?

Asked at the local police department the day before I was vaccinated to be input manually so that I was able to get the vaccine but the app still didn't work for me the 1st month. I don't know why it finally started working. Seems to be a lot of issues with NIK numbers not being registered or not working (at least for a while) in the system but I don't know the solution.
Thanks Hawk, my wife will try contacting the Police to see if they can manually input. So far Puskesmas cannot enter my data because my NIK is not in the system BUT when I contact DisDukCapil they say my NIK is in thier system and "active"
 
My wife says "wtf have the police got to do with it" ?
Except maybe you paying them to go to your local Puskesmas with you to tell them to put your data in manually.
 
I remember when I registered my NIK/KTP for the first vaxx...the registration guy was wondering about my KTP (maybe he got confused...looking at me...and the KTP was WNA KTP)...he asked something about...is this the true/correct NIK? I answered..yes....and I showed him my KK...he was nice but still confused and said something about it not registered in the system, but he said "I'll just enter it manually". So with that I continued and got my 1st vaxx. Even then there was still a hiccup (could be with halodoc, I'm not sure)...2 days before my 2nd vaxx my wife asked me if I got any notification on my phone i said no. She checked with halodoc and interestingly, (maybe because the on-site registration guy did it 'manually' I was shown as 'failure to appear at 1st appointment' so they canceled my 2nd...wife told the CSR that we were there, and got proof for it. Explained the situation and the CSR said she'll reenter my data manually and for us to wait for the system to refresh... took maybe about 1-2 hours and by 10PM I got the notification...ready for 2nd vacc the next morning.

Did you try calling the Disdukcapil while you were at the Puskesmas? Should've done that...call them and give your phone to the puskesmas person (and pray that you got somebody incompetent on both ends) and have them duke it out with each other.

I received my vaccines at the police station. That's what they had to do with it. The NIK wasn't in their system and had to be added manually by the officer manning the vaccination station.

We called, went down to the office with the head doctor from Puskesas and the village chief. I am in the Dukcapil system and my NIK is active. Yet I cannot register my vaccine with www.pedulilindungi.id nor can Puskesmas enter my data. They tried a few times and seems like some issue with my NIK

Thanks. May I ask what is "CSR" and where are they located7
 
The PeduliLindung app works fine for me but the "Check in" scanning on the Gojek app or the Grab one don't recognize the NIK.

Does anyone know why.? It looks like they use a different database to the main PeduliLindung app.
