It’s not far from Mal Artha Gading, opposite of McD and Taco Bell. All the streets there are a version of Jl. Gading Kirana x.

The Gading Kirana kompleks might not have a huge flooding problem, the Bulevard Artha Gading definitely does. So in the banjir season it’s often difficult to access.

Also look at all the empty available parking spaces. Doesn't look so busy to me. My local Alfa mart is busier
