I’ve been using VPNUnlimited for 18 months. I bought it on a Cyber Monday sale for $30-40 for a lifetime membership.

I’m always pretty doubtful about lifetime memberships with software, but surprisingly the service has been good. They’ve also added special servers for BBC, Hulu, Netflix. The Netflix one hasn’t worked the few times I tried it, but the local Indonesia Netflix doesn’t bother me much. Hulu works perfectly.

In the past I’ve used PIA, which was ok, and CyberGhost which was meh.

My local internet connection has also gotten a lot faster than last year. 30mbps.

Mind to share the name ??

Does this VPN work to access popular Investment / Trading platform such as Vanguards, Interactive Broker, eToro, Fidelity, Trading 212, Charles Schwab, etc from Indonesia ??

What do you think the likelihood they will be getting blocked in say until the next decade (say) ??

I assume they are talking about VPN Unlimited from Keep Solid. I bought a lifetime subscription almost 15 years ago and easily one of the best purchases I ever made. Using Apple Private Relay mostly now but it is still there if I need it.

As I mentioned, it’s VPN unlimited. I believe I purchased it in late 2017, on a black Friday deal. It’s worked pretty well overall. I primarily use it for streaming, but have used it at times for various US financial sites, and some investment sites. I think it included 5-6 logins.

The streaming sites have had different success percentages over the years. I used to have to try a dozen different cities to be successful, but it is much better the last year or two. Streaming sites turn their VPN detecting up to 11 during events like the Superbowl, or other huge events.

Any forum members watching AFL (Australian Football) at home in Indonesia?
Can a VPN be used to watch replay matches through the AFL website, or does a subscription need to be purchased to watch matches through the "WatchAFL" streaming service?

Unfortunately the only provider of ABC TV Asia which broadcasts live here in Indonesia is MNC. They provide a satellite dish so you can watch live on your TV. As a company I feel MNC customer service is pretty poor and the internet using a laptop or computer is often very slow. However the actual live TV is usually good.

If you use your laptop or computer and a VPN locating in Melboune you can access AFL replays by Googling "AFL full match replay." As has been explained by others, of late many companies seem to see past this if you are not actually in Aus. I can no longer get full game replays although I can get highlights. Starting afresh, with a bit of luck, you should be able to get the free replays.

Many pubs show Aussie rules and rugby live so there may be such an opion in your area.
