Types of company in Indonesia which require only one participant

Hi,

my wife (Indonesian) would like to organize and hold some online courses. She would like to set up a company for that since she would generate income by those courses. I have already read this article:

Thanks for the information there. But since it focuses on types of companies of interest of expats, but my wife is Indonesian, I still have a question. As far as I know, most of the types of companies in Indonesia require more than one participant when it comes to founding (for example CV or PT). Which types of company in Indonesia require only one participant?

UD would be one. But - if I am informed correctly - it is only available until you reach an income of 50 million IDR. Is that true? Are there other types of companies that one could consider if he wants to run a company which has only one owner/founder?
