So we have Toto ecowasher. Price is ok (under 2 million including the toilet, on promo). But pressure is very low, they use a tiny pipe. This is presumably deliberate.

In comparison, the hose pipe gun that is popular in Indonesia can feel more like you are pressure washing your butt. However it is not neat and tidy compared with the self-retracting ecowasher.

Does anyone know a better solution?

I installed one of those once and the stream was weak until I pulled it apart and fixed it. Try opening the mechanism to check that all flexibles inside are connected properly.

How is the water pressure in your house? Our old house just had a standard tank, and the pressure was pretty low. We just have the standard cheap Toto add on, with the chrome turn knob, say 600k or so.

On our new house we have a pump to keep the psi at a good pressure.

Looks OK but how does one use it to clean mud off running shoes?
