Looking back over my transfer records, it looks like the cost was Rp 5,000,000. I have no idea if giving out the name of the agent is allowed. If it isn't I guess it won't be here.The agent was PT Easy Visa Bali in Sanur. You can connect with them via their website easyvisabali.com or an WA +62 821-4487-0477. Not to be confused with another Easy Visa Bali in Seminyak which has copied their name. They have 2 offices, both in Sanur.

As R Cameron has shown you they do not call it a new application on their website. It clearly says diperpanjang which means lengthen or extend.

Then you need a "new" one
