SIUP and TDP

Can somebody help me explaining what the difference is between SIUP and TDP. I am aware of that it is two different company documents, but what does SIUP contain of infor that TDP does not and vice versa. And in which situations are they being used (individually)

I did read in Detik Finance that the company registration and business license renewal both would disappear. Starting somewhere in February.

To make it simple, SIUP is like SIM (Driving License), TDP is like (BPKB Proof that the car is yours )
