I got a link about Kartu Masyarakat Indonesia di Luar Negeri. The cards will be launced by Ministry of Foreign Affairs the first quarter next year.
There are some photos and one of them stated about property rights without pre-nup.

Interesting development about the KMI...not sure what the benefit of this card is yet, but it could be a step towards dual nationality for Indonesians abroad, or at least something similiar to India's overseas citizen program.

I read a bit about this. Yes, it would be nice if they allowed some form of dual citizenship.
