The "bekerja" is connected to the "tidak dalam rangka bekerja"

It means KITAS, not for working, but for 2nd home. It has not been fully explained but seems to be a successor to the retirement visa, likely with many stipulations including minimum spending on rent/purchase of home. It may have a minimum age like a typical retirement visa, or it may be open to all ages and become a long stay digital nomad visa like @snpark says, although some Manpower and tax questions would need to be clarified for those working online for foreign companies from Indonesia.

Tidak dalam rangka bekerja untuk rumah kedua. This is the so-called "2nd home" visa.

I think it is directly inspired, including the naming, by the Malaysia My Second Home visa: https://www.malaysia.gov.my/portal/content/15167

Here is a taste of the Malaysia requirements:

(A) Aged below 50 years old

• open a fixed deposit account of rm300,000.00 [71,000 USD]
• after a period of one year, the participant can withdraw up to rm150,000.00 [35,000 USD] for approved expenses relating to house purchase, education for children in malaysia and medical purposes.
• must maintain a minimum balance of rm150,000.00 [35,000 USD] from second year onwards and throughout stay in malaysia under this programme.

They also allow foreigners to own property, a significant distinction.

You'd fall under the previous regulation (PP No 28 Tahun 2019). Rp 5jt for KITAP or Rp 10.2jt for unlimited KITAP + 2-year MERP Rp 1.75jt.

This one is only for the new type of visas that weren't covered previously because they were created recently.

1. Visa Kunjungan Satu Kali Perjalanan (Indeks B211A, B211B, B211C) yang diterbitkan sebelum tanggal 16 April 2022 hanya dapat diberikan perpanjangan Izin Tinggal satu kali saja dengan masa tinggal paling lama 60 (enam puluh) hari. Pemohon harus melakukan perekaman biometrik dan membayar tarif Izin Tinggal sebesar Rp2.000.000.
2. Visa Kunjungan Satu Kali Perjalanan (Indeks B211A, B211B, B211C) yang diterbitkan sejak tanggal 16 April 2022 tidak diberikan perpanjangan Izin Tinggal.
3. Visa Kunjungan Saat Kedatangan () dapat diberikan perpanjangan Izin Tinggal satu kali saja dengan masa tinggal paling lama 30 (tiga puluh) hari. Pemohon membayar tarif Izin Tinggal sebesar Rp500.000.
4. Orang Asing atau Penjamin masih dapat melakukan permohonan Visa Kunjungan di dalam Wilayah Indonesia (onshore visa) melalui aplikasi Online Visa Approval.

Information Update on Visitor Visa’s Stay Permit

1. Single-Entry Visitor Visa (Index B211A, B211B, B211C) issued before 16 April 2022 can only be granted a one-time extension of the Stay Permit with a maximum of 60 (sixty) days. The applicant must apply at the immigration office and pay a Stay Permit fee of IDR 2,000,000.
2. Single-Entry Visitor Visa (Index B211A, B211B, B211C) issued from 16 April 2022 (valid for a stay of 60 or 180 days) cannot be granted a Stay Permit extension.
3. Visa on Arrival can only be granted a one-time extension of the Stay Permit with a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. The applicant must apply at the immigration office and pay a Stay Permit fee of IDR 500,000.
4. Foreigners or Sponsors can still apply for a Visitor Visa within the Indonesian Territory (onshore visa) through the Online Visa Approval application.

This makes reference to a 180 day B211 visit visa, issued after april 16 2022, but I havent seen such a visit visa for the online application previously. What is this 180 day visa?
