Im holding Kitas marriage ( indonesian wife) .. my wife she wants open business TK kindergarden and private english courses

As husband can i help her ( teach or work in kindergarden )?

Holder of a WNI spousal KITAS can work in Indonesia. However, there are some jobs that require additional licensing, and teaching is one of them. You will not be able to work as a teacher unless you have the proper licensing, and as a foreigner this will include work KITAS and IMTA. However, you can work as the TK's gardener or secretary etc. Giving private English courses is also possible.

Another thing to consider: a school, even a kindergarten, does attract more attention due to licensing requirements, and the presence of a foreigner working there will probably be scrutinized. One of the most important thing about being a WNA in Indonesia I have learned over the years is to keep a low profile. This is true even when 100% legal, so keep that in consideration.
