A scooter rider will have some explaining to do when he returns his bike to whoever he rented it from after being pushed into the ocean by a local who was apparently annoyed at the beach being used for joy rides.

But why him though? There are so many other scooters on the beach. And it's not like the locals don't do it a lot more than tourists.
