Americans are the most generous people in the world. Even though donations came from more than 60 countries, it started in America. Kindness is contagious indeed.

Americans are very well known to open their wallets for a lot of different reasons to help others. The government is pretty helpful too. Look at Ache for instance or where any major disaster has taken place. Even places that are normally friendly to the US.
