Just returned with vitas in passport

So, I have just been through the online kitas(spouse) application, and arrived back in Surabaya. I tried reporting my return and it's asking for my passport number and a vitas mastery number? Which number is the mastery number, I've tried all the numbers on the vitas, with no success.....
