ITAS to ITAP Spouse of citizen

Hi..i am about to submit my spouse to itas to conversion ..after clicking on the apply boxes it only shows family depenant, my wife is an Indonesian citizen. My Itas is E31A. Worried about paying 10,5 JT for wrong conversion.! Anyone got any ideas about this. The photo is of my application receipt..Thanks

Your first photo shows strange things :
a) My Stay permit is also E31A and my sponsor's evisa account does not have anything under the "Visit Visa Number" , as the E31A is not a "Visit Visa" (it is a "Limited Stay Visa" instead) .
b) As you just got the first ITAS :
1. Do you know that to get this ITAP your marriage has to be more than 2 years old (after registering in Indonesia , if you married abroad) .
2. The usual time to request is between 3 to 1 months before the ITAS expires , not sure if requesting it so early (almost 11 months before expiration) is possible .
c) Your request's "Type of Staypermit" states "Spouse" when it should state "Spouse of Indonesian Citizen Stay Permit" .

Before paying I recommend you to show these discrepancies to your local Kantor Imigrasi .

You & spouse have 7 days to pay , after that I assume your sponsor's request will be cancelled and your sponsor is able to request it again .
