Is it safe to go to Indonesia w/ nutritional supplements in your luggage?

I'm referring to things like taurine, glycine, etc. They supplements usually exist in the form of a white powder. Would I be okay to bring in something like this in my luggage, or would it be confiscated?

Generally it's safe to bring supplements, especially if unopened, however do not bring CBD or anything of this nature.

Supplements are much cheaper in the USA but can be purchased online here using Tokopedia, for example.

I would recommend to buy enteric coated peppermint oil just in case the food disagrees with you at any point in time.

And perhaps just create a single post listing items you’d like to bring in. Creating a lot of similar threads might cause some to ignore your posts.

For what it's worth, Tokopedia has companies selling bulk food-grade taurine for cheaper than the prices in the US. I use it to make my "poor man's sugar-free Red Bull" (instant coffee, taurine, and Vitamin B complex pill).
