Highest Ferris Wheel in Indonesia

A ferris wheel claimed to be the highest in the country will be placed on top of the shopping center AEON Mall, which is currently under construction, in Jakarta Garden City in Cakung, East Jakarta.

The ferris wheel will have 32 gondolas, each of which will be equipped with air conditioning and a luxurious interior.[/COLOR]

The construction of the ferris wheel began in January and will be finished around August. The ferris wheel will welcome visitors in September

when my daughter was small (8) we went to the fair (this was in Canada). They had a ferris wheel and we went on it.We went round once and on the second go round, just as we got to the top, it stopped. We sat there for what seemed an eternity but actually 5-10 min. Then this fella climbed up close to our carriage and installed a steel pin in the mechanism. He descended and our ride continued to the bottom, where we got off. Have not been on one of those since

That sounds great...you only had to bring up one but get the pleasure from many....and hand them back when tired...
