E-VOA 60 day Single Entry (IDR 1,500,000)

Hey there guys
I'm Arriving in Jakarta in Febuary and wishing to stay for approx 55-56 days to visit my wife, i know i can do the Standard VOA on arrival & extend at an Immigration, however i wanted to try the electronic visa application, so i have created the profile uploaded the biometric passport and I.D photos & bank statements required, but there is no option on the website to send payment, it just says waiting for payment, but with no link or boxes to input card payment details, this is twice ive tried to apply & just states expired? has anyone here done this process before? i have emailed immigration but 2 days on not had a reply.

any advice is appreciated

Well, many people have problems with the payments on this visa website. During the X-mas holidays it was even worse, until now.

Last option. Try the application process on your smartphone, maybe the payment option will appear?

cheers guys, yeah i used Microsoft Edge browser and this enabled me to process the payment, Firefox & Opera browsers have built in ad blockers so why i couldn't proceed, just the nice loooooong wait for approval now.

Good luck. If you uploaded all required documents, there should be no problem for approval.

It may have just been down to my chosen choice of web browsers, I prefer Firefox & Opera GX which are fast, secure and reliable but are technical, Microsoft Edge is more simplified and once I logged in using that browser & edited the draft application the payment link/button was now visible, and low & behold first attempt using my UK visa debit card it worked first time

Good news was approved earlier today arrive early February, so weekend to relax and celebrate I'm off to the football tomorrow ( Southampton Fan) so hopefully an all round good day
