Do I need to update Child's Affidavit

my child has Affidavit Card with foreign passport. Recently I just renewed the foreign passport, do I need to update affidavit card?

Yes, the affidavit card itself is not valid beyond the passport's expiration date. And you need an update of course, since the passport number will change.
