I suggest you to ask your Kantor Imigrasi for the Whatsapp's number of the "Izin Tinggal" sector . Here in my city this communication channel worked perfectly (but only for written messages , I guess) .

I will be asking a lot of questions as it seems there has been a lot of changes to rules / requirements etc ..
