How do you know it was Customs and not a courier issue?
Ja, that could be the case, but we've used that service for years (I estimate that we've sent 25 boxes over that time) and we have a decent relationship with them. This type of thing would be out of character.
The box in question was the only one that was ever pulled aside by Customs.
