Am not a violent person but there are limits; one would have hoped that natural justice would mean half a dozen of the people looking on would have stopped being disinterested observers and given him a damn good kicking to teach him some manners.

Rather sad to see these people looking on, but doing sod all. Sure, it's Java so I mean the males; the women can't do a damn thing of course. There are 4 or 5 'men' within a few metres who would no doubt be as brave as this scumbag against old ladies themselves, but not against somebody who might hit back.

Its never good to resort to violence, esp. not against the weak in society. Having said that, I can imagine a seller being very frustrated with all these thefts all the time…
