Bali visa application turn around time from Embassy in Singapore?

My Ex-WNI affidavit daughter (now a US citizen) returned to Bali from a college class trip to Perth.
She came in on a paid VOA, which has already been extended once, and so is now non-renewable.
Her VOA extension is valid until the 19th, and we have booked her an outbound flight from Bali
to Singapore for the 16th of January.
Her goal is to apply for a new visa which we will later process to convert to Itas,
with her WNI mother as her sponsor. My wife, her mother is already an approved sponsor
within the online system, and has been able to sponsor her previously.
Eventually, after 2 years we will convert the Kitas to Kitap.

Bureaucracy...the gift that keeps on giving?

Does anyone know how long the application process might take through the Singapore Embassy?
We can't pre-apply online, because she is in Indonesia, although we wish we could.
Understanding that she would still be required to exit Indonesia and fly back in to get it done.

Anybody have information or suggestions, as to how to do this most expeditiously?

It appears that a red flag comes up, because she is currently in country,
when we try to do it online.
But, yes, you are right, I have been meaning to visit my agent,
and will do so shortly. Thanks for lighting the fire under me.
I don't mind that she has to leave, but would rather not have to pay for her
to stay in Singapore for an indeterminate amount of time.
Out and back same day turn around is the goal.

Not different to a Jakarta visa, just coming in to Bali.

Essentially because the VOA is current, trying to fill out the Visitation visa application while she is in country, it gets kicked out.

That is what we have been trying for, a lawyer with whom I spoke suggested pretending she was not in country. Which is what needs be done to get the ball rolling, and get it done quickly, but if the system flags her passport number as being in country we would be between a rock and a hard place...a position I scrupulously try to avoid, if unscrupulous lets me down.

I'm not sure of the details but I know a guy from the US that got a B211 last month while in country on a VOA. He did use an agent though. Had everything approved before he even left the country. Spent one night in Singapore and came back the next day.

It looks like that is how we are going to handle it,too.
I spoke with my agent and we are moving ahead in that way,
but with my WNI spouse as her sponsor, as they have a Surat Kuasa for her.

Hey BliGundul i will recommend you to just apply for B211A visa online after the successful payment of fees they take 5 working days to give you the visa. Yes your daughter need to leave the country and enter through that B211 visa only then only it can be converted into ITAS .

If you want to go through the Singapore embassy then you need to talk to an agent provide him all the documents and they will take 2 days to give you visa.

There was talk of introducing a two week cooling period for those going to Singapore as a way of stopping the quick turn around. Not sure how that lies now but would check before paying out for a visa that requires you to leave the country.

You don't need an agent for Indonesian embassy in Singapore, very easy to do it yourself.

No cooling phase but I would suggest to stay min. one-two days to have a different exit/re-entry date.

My daughter will arrive on the first flight, and come back on the last flight the following day. Visa already sorted.

Ungodly expensive is meant to be a relative term compared to Indonesian living costs, to which I have become accustomed, after living in Bali for 27 years. If I am not mistaken, and it certainly wouldn't be a first, the Road Tax for owners of cars registered in SIngapore is North of a juta per month. Which is totally inconsequential,, if you're driving a Bentley. As opposed to the Shaggin' Wagon.
