    Eye bag removal surgery

    Why don't you just try this simple method; Pour cold water to glass and then put lots of ice, and then dip the spoon for about 30 second - 1 minute. After that put that spoon belly and press it to your eye bag for about same duration, make sure you do that everyday. Good luck.
