I hear there is a manufacturing facility in Indramayu

Think there are three or four big manufacturers for these kind of iron tools. Not (very) profitable though (e.g. the state owned Krakatau Steel).

Of course the whole thing is a rehash from a couple of years ago. After some negative comments they boasted about their capacity and proudly stated they could produce more than 100.000 hoes per month.

Well, I guess they 'could' but they didn't.
