OK thank you. So it seems it depends on the KUA whether this is added or not.

So far I've found more people who don't have it than people who do. But my sample is very small ?

I still haven't found any law or rule prior to 2017 that requires it.

That said, I can see the logic and in hindsight I wish we had it. But as long as it's not a requirement, we should be in the clear.

Yes, at KBRI in the UAE. And afterwards reported to Catsip, which issued a Laporan Perkawinan.
