This looks really fun! I like that they are showing so many parts of Japanese culture like music, dance, and manga. And the best part is it’s free great chance to enjoy and learn something new!

So probably no reference to the horrific crimes committed by Japanese across Asia. Japan, it seems, prefers to pretend they were just the victims of the American atrocity of atomic bombs being dropped. No wonder the Chinese are unforgiving about Nanjing while Japan continues to avoid dealing with the terrible realities of the war.

I should make the point I am not anti-Japanese. During war it seems most people are capable of descending into barbarity. It is sad that even this far removed the denial of those terrible year has found Japan eager to expunge the grim truths of history.

You're right about them not mentioning the Atrocities of those Times! I'll never understand how People can comply with Maniacal Leaders, and go to War for Them? So much unnecessary suffering for the Nations attacked, for the Families left behind, The Poor innocent Children, that couldn't understand WHY? So now like all things with Time, we must move on. With that said, I say accept it, but Don't Forget it!
Now I love learning about Japanese Cuisine, and Cooking,The Arts, Construction techniques, and more, and wish it was more of an influence in The lifestyle and cooking here!

With so much Beauty of all these things to share amongst all Cultures, our Governments, and Corporations continue to carry on the Horrible things. I can't carry this burden and dwell on the Past. So I look to the Wonderful things we can share instead. Karma is a Bitch, and it will come to Everyone for their Deeds! That means All Nations and individuals! 🫵🙏✌️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏾‍♀️
