Hey everyone, I am moving to Gading Serpong next month and have heard that there are better options than first media, which is all I can get your here in Balaraja. Is this true? I'd love a dedicated fiber connection but would be happy with something that is faster and cheaper.

Also, best place for hard liquor in the area? I'm already familiar with SMS, AEON, and Karawaci, but I'd like to find a bar that stocks more than Jose Cuervo.

Much appreciated.

I think you can get IndiHome in Gading Serpong which is fiber optic.

If you were willing g to relocate a little bit South of Gading Serpong in BSD you would be able to get MyRepublic and enjoy speeds above 100Mbps. I currently have 200Mbps for 425rb per month, including a fixed IP address and taxes. And it is truly 200Mbps, unlimited, no quota, no fair usage policy.

Also in BSD, you can find Brewerkz at The Breeze (near Aeon).

IndiHome is available in Gading. Alam Sutera (most of it anyway) is also served by MyRepublic.

There's a place in Pasar Paramount called Skipz which has a decently stocked bar.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. First Media actually upgraded me to 50Mbps for free so I think I should be happy with that for now, plus my wife likes having the TV.

Also thanks for the bar recommendations. I'll be going to the US for a little over a week this month but I'll be sure to bring back something from the duty free shop! It's too bad we're so limited on what we can bring back though.
