ITAS to ITAP Sponsored by Indonesian Spouse , how I did it

After a successful application do they send payment instructions to the email on file? I thought it would appear on the screen after acceptance or have a link to it. So far no email on how to pay. How long before you received the mail if that is what I am waiting for? Thanks.

We received an email's in the guarantor's email address about 30 minutes after I submitted the application on their website with instructions to pay and also to visit immigration office for photographs,

Been a few hours and haven't received any email. Maybe because it's the weekend? Them getting your money should be the easiest part to accomplish on their end.

I think purely because of the weekend because I re submitted my docs on Friday afternoon about 4 pm and have had no email to say they have received like I did with the 1st submission but if you go onto your sponsonsors account and bring up your kitas you should see something like pending verification or pending conversion, let us all know how you get on

Thanks for the info. Right now it just says "awaiting payment". I will give it a day or so and see what happens. If I don't get an email by then I make a trip to immigration. I'm hoping it's just a weekend thing. I will let everyone know what happens.

At the sponsor's account in evisa.imigrasi.go.id , did you click at the new application's "Register number" that was added to the ITAS data's page ?

No I didn't but looks like the link is clickable. Let me see what happens.

Thanks Marcus. That pulled up a billing invoice. I will wait to pay just to see if they email an invoice. Still shows I have 6+ days.

Monday morning - Update on ITAS to ITAP application
after re submitting my documents for the 2nd time on Friday afternoon, as per Kantor Immigragi Jaksel's sample letters, I get an email this morning to say that my application is on hold, yet again, (see extract of immigrasi email below).

We regret to inform you that your application for a Residence Permit submitted to the Immigration Office of KANTOR IMMIGRASI CLASS I KHUSUS JAKARTA SELATAN has been postponed due to the following reasons:

Please delete the notes section of the statement letter and the followers section of the application letter. Please re-upload all required documents in one PDF file. Thank you.

In accordance with prevailing regulations, all required documents must be submitted to proceed with the application process. You are kindly requested to complete the missing documents via the designated immigration application/platform.

Please ensure that the submission is made as soon as possible to avoid further delays. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact our office using the information provided below.

I have now made the adjustments and re submitted my application for the 3rd time, (all of the documents, which are 9 in total), maybe 3rd time lucky

I have to say the response from Immigrasi has been very fast but am confued as to why they asking me to delete parts of the sample letter they sent me

I hope this info will be of use to other memebers of the Group, in the future and will keep you all updated

Looks like you choose PNBP on your banking app to pay? Is that right?

My wife's 2 banks cannot pay Government's fee , so I paid at Shopee : "Penerimaan Negara/State Revenue" , then "PNBP" .

Went ahead and paid with Mandiri and received and email of payment almost immeidiatly. Never received an email with payment instructions though. I just followed your instructions. Next step is a trip to immigration for pictures. We will see if I did the PDFs to their satisfaction over then next few days.

Update on ITAS to ITAP, after submitting my application for the 3rd time on 22nd December, I checked ked my wife's immigration a country this lunchtime and my ITAp has been approved and issued, considering it was done thru the holiday season, I am amazed to get it so quick,
The process I thought was pretty easy, 3rd time around, biggest pain is that, it seems every immigration office has their own format of application letters ans integration letters etc. So if you don't send their particular version you are rejected pending the right letter being sent, but it was was worth the hassle and the savings of 55 juta compared to Agents price.

Oh and they haven't sent an email to wife's email a mount to say ITAP is approved, so Guys you need to keep checking the sponsor's account to

Just got after almost a month that the application is held up because they need a copy of my old passport. Luckily it's still around but what an odd request. I changed passports 2 years ago and went through the process with immigration when you could still go to the office. It wasn't mentioned in the list of documents that I was originally told to submit but let's see what happens now.

Approved today. About a month and just a couple of hiccups. Not a bad experience at all. As long as you know how to covert jpg to pdf and compress them it's pretty easy. A lot of online services that do it for free so no need to download any software.
