Good day dearest expat friends in Surabaya! Jakarta International College, which provides pathway programs to International Universities: Monash University - Australia and Western Michigan University - USA, requires additional Expatriate lecturers for its Surabaya Campus.

Requirements:
- Able to teach English Literature subject
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree from reputable overseas university
- Possess a teaching certificate and/or have at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a tertiary environment
- Fluent in written and oral English

Responsibilities:
- Planning and teaching the assigned classes
- Checking and assessing students' work
- Encouraging students personal development

I think you need to learn the legalities of what you stated... as an employer YOU are responsible for obtaining the visas & work permits
