Surat Persetujuan Visa/KITAS/KITAP Bapak atau Ibu

Firstly thank you for accepting my membership
Here is my problem , i'm processing online my Kitas and this is one of the documents it's asking for surat persetujuan translates to approval letter , now I have asked Immigration , they say just upload wife's ktp which I have done , but the application keeps coming back unapproved , requesting this approval letter. this online service comes with a help line number given to me by immigration , I asked the same question of them , Surat persetujuan what is it and where or how do I get it , they danced around with no clear and direct answer .
which brings me here can anyone help

Did you include a letter of guarantee from your wife? It is the one that states your wife (sponsor) will take responsibility for you while in Indonesia.

This is the only thing I can think of that is remotely similar to an "approval letter".

Just to clarify - are you applying for the WNI spouse sponsored C317 Kitas?
