Guys, the limit for all your docs inc every page of passport, KTP, KK etc etc is 400kb ?? How? Just my passport jpeg is 2.5mb and that was the lowest resolution the printing place did. How am i gonna post it all?

You need to resize, or reduce the resolution. In the old days, 100k was a big file at 9600 baud.

There are some programs that resize images. I use the imagesize on my ipad, but not sure if that would be perfect for your application. I’m sure there are websites that would help. If on my desktop I use photoshop.

Just use an online tool. First one that came up on google is this: http://picresize.com

There's an option for max file size, just put 399kb and you'll be good to go. It will resize it and you will be able to download the resized image.

If using a PC you can download IrfanView, a free image editing tool. It has batch conversion function and works much better than the online alternatives. The 400kb limit is for each file you upload.

I have been using IrfanView for years, and not only because its free. Works pretty good for a number of photo fixes including finding a good fit between transmission speed versus photo quality for almost any occasion.
