sosbud to kitas online instructions 2018 updated ....???anyone?

can anybody update the 2018 online sosbud to kitas process that includes websites and links please. my wife just sent the documents and did registration at:
https://visaonline.imigrasi.go.id/online/registrasi.xhtml?i=2
now we are waiting for email back? which is the telex?
there are a couple detailed threads on here from 2016....im sure things have changed since or maybe not.
any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

I first tried applying myself at https://izintinggal.imigrasi.go.id/IT-online/permohonan_it.xhtml and made it all the way to the end of the application until i was asked for the organizer which is a mandatory field

You can put in "YBS", which is short for "Yang bersangkutan", meaning you are doing a self application.
