New-ish to Pekanbaru/Kampar

Good day. I moved to Indonesia from new Zealand in Feb. After a somewhat bumpy start with getting my KITAS sorted I now need to get my Indo drivers license which I apparently have to do in Pekanbaru because kampar doesnt have permission to license foreigners, so if anyone knows an agent in pekanbaru that can take the stress out of it then that would be great. Aside from that im enjoying a much more laidback life in Indonesia than NZ

I guess you can do it in Kampar because the rule & SIM/Surat Izin Mengemudi/driver's license are the same for Indonesians and foreigners , unless you don't have a New Zealand's license and need to do the written test in English .
