It certainly feels much better now having a "permanent" IMK.

The old rule was much better to me , because I rarely go abroad . Since this new rule started , I (obligatorily) paid 10 (one year) 'IMK/Re-Entry Permits' but went abroad only twice . Before this I CHOSE (3 months) 'Single Re-Entry Permit' whenever I went abroad .
