KITAS TO KITAP ALIH STATUS SPOUSE

Selamat malam hello there

So i uploaded all to molina today 11th sept and got a biometrics appointment for Tuesday 15th sept and have been asked to bring my spouse - wife

I clicked on my kitas QR code to get the my kitas/stay permit number to log into my imigrasi account and it now shows

RED INACTIVE

NOT The usual GREEN & ACTIVE

the kitas doesn’t expire for another 4-5 months but i wanted to get this out the way now rather then down the line

I got a bit of a shock but is this normal?
Is it normal for my stay permit to show inactive while i am transitioning from KITAS TO KITAP

and will immigration likely do a home visit?

Molina or evisa.imigrasi.go.id ?

By "all" do you mean , the single PDF file with all the required documents (more than 10 , in my case) .

... log into my imigrasi account ...

Your evisa's account , so are you the sponsor (Indonesian spouse) ?

It is probably not normal .

Maybe not (they didn't do a home visit in my recent case) .
