Ganjar-Mahfud supporter killed by opposition supporters in Yogya

TPN Ganjar-Mahfud revealed that one Ganjar-Mahfud volunteer died as a result of abuse in Yogyakarta.

A Ganjar-Mahfud volunteer who was also a cadre of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) died allegedly due to violence by supporters of another political party at Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. The victim was allegedly abused on December 24 until he fell into a coma and was hospitalized in Klaten, Central Java. Until finally, Saturday, the victim died.

Todung said one person who died came from Klaten and died in hospital.

“The person who died was a volunteer supporting Ganjar-Mahfud who allegedly experienced violence and brutality from supporters of another candidate pair,” he said.
