Certainly. (The maintenance (IPL) is Rp. 13000 per m2 per month + sinking fund Rp. 1500 per m2 per month ) x 204 m2 = Rp. 2.9jt something. This is to pay for the maintenance of the building, the amenities, staff salaries, repairs etc. The maintenance rate per square meter on this apartment is still considered cheaper than most newer apartments (some charge Rp.19rb per m2 and more)

Yeah, don't know why his post was deleted. I was just interested in what is included since I don't have an apartment and only pay around 170ribu per month for security and whatever else is included. I know it's not comparable, that's why I was interested. Not really to criticise.
